Grand Opening Celebration
September 20th 1-4pm
Art Soup Collective has invited artists from our community to participate in a months long fundraiser for Make-A-Wish. For three weeks, art work will be displayed in the International Museum of Art. Five of these paintings are collaborations and the rest will be by local artists.
This unique event will showcase the collaborative paintings done with patients, families and friends and one of our gallery artists. Made in a fun series of painting parties. Sessions are ongoing and held at the Art Soup Collective in Placita Santa Fe, and at the District Art & Frame CO. in downtown El Paso as well as St Pius Catholic School. Most of the community collaborative pieces will be available through a silent auction, with 100% going to Make-A-Wish. Donated pieces and limited edition prints will be availlable through a raffle and the rest for sale by the artists, with 10% of those sales going to Maka-A-Wish.
This event will offer attendees the chance to enjoy inspiring artwork while contributing to a mission that brings hope, strength, and joy to children and their families during incredibly challenging times.
Each weekend through Oct 12th we will have special activities such as a fashion show, arts and crafts and an art market to close out the month.
A limited number of prints of collaborative art will be available to order. We will have live music, hors d’oeuvres and plenty of fine art to choose from. Individual raffle tickets are also available! Please click the link below.
